I just finished my install (straight from stage 1, I'm so happy), but every time I log in I have to use 'dhcpcd eth0' all over again to get my network working. I followed the instructions in the install guide as closely as I could (I did a few extra kernel mods, but that's about the only difference).
Anyone know what might be causing the problem? (BTW, this is my first time working with a straight text based install, let alone having to compile the kernel as you go although I've compiled a kernel before, I've only worked with Mandrake, Red Hat, and SuSE before) |

Sorry about that, I was going down the posts and I noticed a similiar problem, so I'll look through that post and see if that helps me out. |
