emul-linux-x86-xlibs font fuckery

I went ahead and built my own custom built emul-linux-x86-xlibs with bindist disabled just for my own system so I can have font hinting, but anyway I've done everything I can do to try to make the font look the same but they don't....

This is on an amd64 system

Any idea on how to get the firefox-bin to look exactly the same as firefox, i'm using freetype 2.3.5 on both the emul-libs and 64 bit source
