I'm using a single channel sky2 Gbit ether, and it seems to be stable on 2.6.21... The error messages (are the oops?) look like they should be forwarded to the linux kernel mailing list or the driver maintainer directly, seems multiple instantiation of the driver is potentially messed up. Is there a complete error log, cross referenced with symbols (the ffffffff8034ccbd doesn't mean much without the symbol table).
