Raine

It would be really great to see raine ebuild added to the portage tree.

Raine is one of my favourite emulators, and it emulates some of my
favourite games (RAINbow island Emulator) such as bubble bobble,
bubble symphony, bubble memories, puzzle bobble etc.

Sure i could get the sources, make and istall (and i have done so,
since ebuild for raine isn't available), but i'd rather emerge it.
