/etc/init.d/svnserve missing

Recently the init script that is supposed to be installed with the subversion-1.4.5 ebuild is not installed (not even present in the archived package). Anyone have this problem? Before today I had subversion installed and it had the svnserve init script. Any suggestions how to fix this?

The ebuild for 1.4.5 adds an svnserve USE flag which needs to be enabled if you want the init scripts installed.
