What dongle do you use? Do you have the right support in the kernel (or as a module?) (Also try running lsusb)

If you aren't sure of the appropriate kernel driver to add, check the gentoo tutorial on bluetooth, I think they have a list there.

From your .config:
# # CONFIG_BT_HCIUART is not set
# # CONFIG_BT_HCIBCM203X is not set
# # CONFIG_BT_HCIBPA10X is not set
# # CONFIG_BT_HCIBFUSB is not set
# # CONFIG_BT_HCIVHCI is not set
# # CONFIG_AF_RXRPC is not set

Doesn't look like you have bluetooth setup properly in the kernel. Check out this link and check it against your setup. In the end you'll want pretty much everything under 'bluetooth' to be enabled (I'd recommend modulated over built-in, actually, for bluetooth at least) As your LSUSB is reading the device (and it gives you the backend information, which should prove useful later) the USB in your kernel is appropriately setup.

Glad it's working :)

Unless you have any more questions, would you mind adding [Solved] (in some way, shape or form) in the title?

i tested it deeper and:
When:
Code:

<M> HCI USB driver                                               │ │
  │ │    [ ]   SCO (voice) support

It works.
When:
Code:

<M> HCI USB driver                                               │ │
  │ │    [*]   SCO (voice) support

dmesg is flooded when dongle is int usb port.
What will not working when SCO support will disabled?

Code:
This option enables the SCO support in the HCI USB driver. You need thi │
│ to transmit voice data with your Bluetooth USB device.

Looks like microphone support (like if you had a headset and wanted to use it in, for the sake of argument lets say, skype or some program that you wanted to use a microphone with) That being said, I'm not bluetooth nor kernel guru, so this is just an educated guess I'm afraid.
