can not boot after installation

During the installation, I split the disk into three partitions as the Handbook suggests, and follow all the procedures that Handbook indicates.

/dev/sda1 /boot
/dev/sda2 swap
/dev/sda3 /

and the content of /boot/grub/grub.conf is

default 0
timeout 30
splashimage=(hd0,0)/boot/grub/splash.xpm.gz

title=Gentoo Linux 2.6.22-gentoo-r9
root (hd0,0)
kernel /boot/kernel-genkernel-x86-2.6.22-gentoo-r9 root=/dev/ram0 init=/linuxrc ramdisk=8192 real_root=/dev/sda3 udev doscsi sdx=stroke
initrd /boot/initramfs-genkernel-x86-2.6.22-gentoo-r9


However, after the installation is finished, I reboot the machine and get the error message, please refer to the link of snapshot as follows,

I don't know what mistake I ever made to cause this problem, and hope someone can help me to solve this problem, I spent more than seven hours to install Gentoo, I do hope I can use it, thanks a lot!
