i just moved to ~x86 and now the prompt looks like:
This is MaTRiX.local.(none) (Linux i686 2.4.20MaTRiX) 22:07:27
MaTRiX.local login:
what is that (none) ?
someone knows how to fix it? |

It means that you haven't set a domain name in /etc/dnsdomainname (or your DHCP server, if you use one, isn't sending you a domain name to use). Either put something in /etc/dnsdomainname, or make your DHCP server serve DNS domain names. |
