I have a access point to 1 meter from notebook, but a survay don't find any ap. Someone know the reason?

You haven't really given much information to work with. The problem could lie in a lot of places, especially with the ipw3945 driver. Maybe post the output of lsmod and check if the regulatory daemon is working properly. Try manually removing and loading the module and see what messages come up. Check what's happening with the regulatory daemon as you do this.

You may want to read through this: http://gentoo-wiki.com/HARDWARE_ipw3945. It's helped me a lot.

I suggest that you try the iwlwifi driver. I've had a lot fewer problems with my wireless stuff since switching to it. You may encounter problems with udev while setting it up (as I recall, I deleted all udev settings and re-emerged it to get this working), but it will probably just keep working after, if you follow the instructions on the Wiki. If you have any problems, post back.
