Hi. I installed gnome-audio, and added them in the GNOME sound options, and when I restart my computer, when I login, everything fails to start. "emerge --unmerge gnome-audio" fixes this. I there a way I cna have these sound effects?
If it helps, I can't use the ALSA in-kernel driver or alsa-driver-1.0.14. I had to install 1.0.15rc2 to get my Inspiron 1520's audio wrking. |

I have also problems with alsa / esd / gnome / oss. The only way is to use google and search for a configuration for your soundcard / lappi. |
