hi volks
i failed to install the nvidia driver -> got a black screen and made a reset
now emerge startx,... don't work anymore
it seems there is a path mismatch?!?
I get an error that libstdc++.so.5 cannot open shared object: No such file or directory...
can anyone help?
I don't want to reinstall
please!

| Get the nvidia driver to work first. It's no use trying to fire up X when you do not have an appropriate driver. |

emerge doesn't work anymore
startx doesn't work!
kdm does nothing..
the nvidia module is loaded correctly;
XF86config is wirtten as it is described in the desktop manual!
what should I do?
