i'm having trouble getting mlDonkey+gui to connect. earlier in the day it worked fine, but this time no matter which server i try it just dissapears off the list... console's no help, i could enter c 32 or c 282 or whatever but i would just sit there blankly not connecting
i had an error message in console when i reconnected by the menu that told me to switch the port to 4662, but it was already like that.

Are you trying to connect to mldonkey running on a different machine?
I've just upgraded my mldonkey to 2.5, and it won't allow me to change the "allowed_ips" setting. I can edit downloads.ini, or change it via the web interface, but it keeps resetting itself to 127.0.0.1, so I'm unable to connect from a different machine...
