大家好，
我用firefox浏览中文网页时，字体总是楷体而且非常模糊，看起来特别难受。你们知道我怎样才可以把它改成宋体吗？英文好像叫simsum.我在firefox的preferences里面改过，可是没有用处。
我用的firefox是英文板的，desktop manager是enlightenment.

中文用户一般都是修改过fontconfig的配置文件，更改了字体的替换规则，
有个简便的方法是
emerge media-fonts/wqy-bitmapfont
然后
cd /etc/fonts/conf.d/
ln -sf ../conf.avail/85-wqy-bitmapsong.conf ./85-wqy-bitmapsong.conf
Firefox中应该无须变更字体。
注：参照Debian的做法。应该是没有问题的。尝试下。;-） |

我emerge以后找不到那个文件。当时它警告我说是masked的，可是emerge应该没有出什么问题：

把字体文件 simsun.ttf or yahei.ttf copy 到 ~/.fonts 下边 ， firefox / edit / preference / content 改一下字体就行了 ,
我是这么做的，gnome-desktop |

You can also change it by going to about:config
And change the variables \font.name.[sans-serif|serif].[zh-TW|zh-HK|zh-CN]\ to "AR PL KaitiM Big5", 文鼎ＰＬ細上海宋, or whatever fonts you like.
