Asus p5n32-sli deluxe se

Hi everybody, I'm going to buy a new PC the hardware that I mean to buy is:

MotherBoard --> ASUS P5N32-SLI DELUXE SE
Processor --> Intel Core2Duo E6750 2.6 Ghz
Video --> ASUS 7300 LE nvidia chipset
RAM --> Corsair 1 Gb [ maybe 2 o 4 Gb later

]

Well I think that's the most important things....ahm mi question is, Is there any problem or any kind of troubleshoting with this model of Mother and Video Card???
I will wait for any answer, and thanks to everyone
