Hi
i tried to follow all the steps from "how to alsa" because i don't have any sound ,not in browser or applications.i found my hardware and did a kernel configuration and not alsa drivers installation.after all i the sound server has no problem starting(because at first try i wasn't working) but is til have no sound
any ideas?

nop,it's ok,afte alsaconfig everything works fine |

KDE needs OSS to be enables for alsa-driver, so I have

in my package.use. That seems to work for me. |

edit : the tool is called "alsaconf" instead of alsaconfig  _________________ I do not have a Superman complex, for I am God not Superman
