What happened to packages.gentoo.org?

Hello,

For the last couple of days packages.gentoo.org has been down (or at least I've been unable to connect to it). I've tried it from three different internet connections without luck. Is it down, is there a router in between broke (since I can't find anything about it here on the forums)?
