Gentoo\OpenSolaris Issue

Hi!
I heard about the Gentoo\OpenSolaris Project, and i'd like to put it on a server...
My Questions are:
1)How does it work (e.g.: First Solaris then portage or One Gentoo\OpenSolaris Distro)
2)Where do i get it?
