Hi,
I use some masked packages because I need to stay up to date with some of them ...
if I do a it shows me that portage will downgrade my masked packages to unmasked ones.
Is there a cheap way to prevent portage from downgrading newer/masked packages and to update older packages further more? |

| use a capital U instead (i.e. emerge -Up world) this changes the U to upgrade only and doesnt downgrade anything. |
