Mysql Server on Gentoo 64

when i try to install mysql-server on
gentoo 64 bit
kernel: 2.6.18-hardened-r6/grsec/pax
gcc 4.1.2
mysql-version: 5.0.42
or other try with mysql-version 5.0.38
i get this error

after searching on google i get this information:

I think is because on hardened kernel.

but i had a running system with hardened and mysql 5.0.38, without this error
maybe it has something todo with new gcc?
after i did systemupdate to gcc 4.1.2 i get this error, but maybe i am wrong
