MATROX G400

HI Guy's

I've just done a fresh build , have configured X , downloaded the latest Matrox drivers and installed powerdesk ....and still have no gl ...
I have checked the X86 config file , and have unchecked "glx" etc but once x is restarted it just crashes and i have to rerun x config....
Ill get the exact message shortly but any ideas in the meantime....
Oh and when I installed winex the install process appeared to recognise gl support.....

it pays to read carfully ...I misunderstood the remove quotes bit around the line

# load "glx"

should be

load "glx

and blamo glxgears is running fine......
