i have two windows machines in my household that are sitting idle 90% of the time, and both are pretty high spec (one is p4 2.4 ghz with 784 MB of RAM) and was curious if there was a utility i could install on them to act as DISTCC compilers for my linux box...they dont have linux installed on them (one is my bro's and one is my mom's...they both dont have any interesting in anything besides AIM, email, and the web...and would get pissed if i installed linux because they cant maintain it when im not home) but it would really help out my compiling if someone knew a method to get something like this to work...
thanks |
