ebuild for Mozilla Thunderbird Lightning Calendar Extension

Anyone interested (or know of) an ebuild for Mozilla Thunderbird - Lightning Calendar Extension?

Everything on my machine is compiled source. I hate the idea of having to install a compiled mozilla .xpi extensions. Lightning is one of the top ten downloaded extensions. It seems like we would have an ebuild for it. Maybe there is one that I don't know about. Thanks!
