| I've searched but only found relatively old posts... How is the performance of those three games in 64bit processors these days? |

The phoronix site is only a bit useful, they seem to benchmark lowly cards which give ~20 fps - ie, unplayable. The 64 bit version of UT2004 gives me ~15% more fps over 32 bit. Doom3 and Quake4 remain 32 bit only (until GPL'd  ) performing almost exactly the same whether I boot 32 or 64 bit linux. |
