Gentoo Linux 2007.0 released

Gentoo Linux 2007.0 has been released.
This release brings gcc4 and glibc-2.5 support for sparc64.
Support for 2.4-series kernels is being dropped so start planning your migration to 2.6. Fixes for the Ultra 1/2 hangs is in currently stable gentoo-sources-2.6.20-r7 and newer. As always check our hardware compatibility list for the best recommended kernel for your specific machine model at http://www.gentoo.org/proj/en/base/sparc/sunhw.xml
If you're upgrading from a previous profile please follow the gcc upgrade guide at http://www.gentoo.org/doc/en/gcc-upgrading.xml
There are also separate profiles now, namely 2007.0/desktop for desktop use and 2007.0/server for server use, so do check your USE flags when upgrading too ("emerge -pv --newuse -D world" should help after switching).
