JBoss and Tomcat

Hi,
I have just emerged jboss recently from portage (version 3.2.1).
Correct me if I am wrong, because I am not really famiiliar with Jboss and portage. I don't think the source package from portage include Tomcat?

On the jboss website, they have a precompiled package of jboss3.2.1 with tomcat support.

Is there anyway I can get the source for that package? Or do I need to get tomcat seperately? If so, how do I set them up so that they will work together?

I am still experiencing these J2EE things. So I hope my questions are not too stupid... anyway, thanks for all your help!!
