Epiphany - view page source - change viewer?

Simple question.. one that's been valid for a long while now... and one with no google answers...

How do you change the page source viewer in Epiphany?

That is the program that is run when you choose "Page Source" from the View menu.

It's the same viewer that nautilus uses to open a plain text document. It can be changed by right clicking on a text file in nautilus, selecting properties and then the 'open with' tab.

Thank you! I had changed the association for html and xhtml and not considered text.
