I might buy a E3500 and was wondering if any people every installed Gentoo on such a model.
I don't think I would run into any problems, but is everything supported normally?
The SCSI drives are FC-AL type, and I've never run a system which such drives yet, so I hope those will work :-) _________________ Mac Pro single quad 2.8GHz, 6GB RAM, 8800GT. MacBook. Plus way too many SUN/Cobatl/SGI and a lonely Alpha. |

Do'h! Should have searched for E3500 as well, instead of only 3500.
My excuse is that it was very late :-)
