|
|
Hello there,
I'm a real noob, and I have had the same problem as the guy that posted this topic :
https://forums.gentoo.org/viewtopic-t-517881-highlight-dev+dsp+exist.html
But when I try to emerge alsa-driver and alsa-oss I have a 404 error on the page, and the downloading is eventually aborted...what should I do ?
Something that could be a problem is I have this message error whenever I do emerge :
!!! Invalid PORTDIR_OVERLAY (not a dir): /root/catalyst/overlays/portage
But I already emerged abcde with the same error message, and it went perfectly well...so it might be nothing at all.
Thx if you can help me

Try syncing your portage again, maybe that might fix it.
emerge --sync |

Hi,
Thank you Bawigga, it looks like it's working. I mean, I've been able to download the modules, so this topic solved
