Hi All.

On bootup I see that fsck runs after about 28 or 30 boots. I would like to change that number so it will be done at say, 10 or 12.

Any ideas on where the script is that will allow me to do this?
Thanks,

J

This is a property of the filesystem. If using ext2/3 then
Code:
tune2fs -c
adjusts the maximal mounts count between two filesystem checks. I guess there are similar commands for Reiser and XFS.
