Hello!

This is the first time I am not compiling the kde package but kde-meta. During compiling kdemultimedia-kioslaves, I get the following error but am not able to resolv it:

Code:

!!! If you need support, post the topmost build error, and the call stack if relevant.

It makes me curious that is says two lines above that cdparanoia is there and then it breaks complaining there was no cdparanoia.

I reemerged cdparanoia and libcdio but this didn't solve the problem. Any hints?

Thank you in advance.

Hello!

Thank you for your answer but actually I don't get it.

In the cdparanoia ebuild I have (3.9.8-r5) there is no option "--as-needed" in it so I could remove it!? Could you give me some advice please?

--as-needed is an extra option that can be given to the linker. Check /etc/make.conf and remove it from LDFLAGS="".
