|

Hi
I emerged Evolution and it seems to be working. Only all icons have a red cross in them, like they're not found on the system. Is there some way to check this, solve this.

confirmed here with evolution 2.4.2.1.
(I also tried 2.6.2-r1 but it hangs while fetching mail and i haven't had time to investigate.)

~/.gtkrc-2.0 is auto-written and an entry in .kde/share/config/gtkrc-2.0 will stay only if I disable "Colours to Non-KDE applications" in kcontrol. Is there something to be fixed on the evolution ebuild?
I didn't find something about evolution and icons, so I made a bugreport. _________________ HP ZBook Power 15.6" G8 i7-11800H|HP EliteDesk 800G1 i7-4790|HP Compaq Pro 6300 i7-3770 |

Better way is: Code: | echo 'gtk-icon-theme-name="gnome"' >> ~/.gtkrc.mine |

For what it's worth, I had to put gtk-icon-theme-name="gnome" in ~/.gtkrc-2.0-kde even though I already had ~/.gtkrc-2.0. Putting gtk-icon-theme-name="gnome" in ~/.gtkrc.mine didn't work. I will assume this is because I use KDE-3.5.9.
