I figured out what i want for partions. Now I mounting them. I've a question:

I have a partion for temp files. I want /tmp to be on this partion and var/tmp too. I now I can mkdirs so i can make /temporary with a folder for /tmp and one for /var/tmp. But how to tell this to the system during install (I'm at 4e of the amd64 install manual)

thanks

One option would be to have /tmp as a symbolic link to /var/tmp and to mount the filesystem intended for temporary files at /var/tmp. Another would be to do as you describe and employ bind mounted directories.
