Hello,
gnome has hanged when i have tried to change the screen resolution, since, i'm unable to log in gnome, the wallpaper starts to appears and no more work.
i can <alt>+f1 and gdm-restart.
i have deleted my home directory and recreated it without solving my problem, strange because another user can log in gnome without problems, the problem is only with my profile.
where can i search for profile configuration ?
thanks for help

Hello,
i've tried to launch gconf-sanity-check-1 who insults me with the following message:
Failed to get a file lock: Failed to lock '/tmp/gconfd-mobidyc/lock/ior'
i've solved my problems by deleting /tmp/* and /tmp/.*
now, if i launch gconf-sanity-check-1 the same insult still appears but i have no more problems
Regards,
mobidyc |
