Hi!
I'm in the middle of recompiling my system with gcc 4.1.1 and wonder that the gcc update guide doesn't address that glibc has updated as well.
So, all my application will be linked against the old glibc.
Is it safe to unmerge the old glibc and simply re-run prelink -amR? |

Please see GCC 4.1.1 and glibc 2.4 stable on x86 and amd64 - this question is answered in the first post. A note though - unmerging glibc is never safe.
