|
|
Hello all!
I've been using gentoo amd64 now for a few days and I'd like to install ax25 but it says it's masked. I've typed man emerge and it says something about /etc/portage/package.key-words but I'm not sure what it wants from me.
Any help kindly appericiated!
Best regards

to emerge masked packages you can either type
Code: | ACCEPT_KEYWORDS="~amd64" emerge <package> |
or put the line Code: | ACCEPT_KEYWORDS="~amd64" | in /etc/make.conf |

Neither of which are the recomended approuch. The first will be forgotten about when you next emerge your world. The second will take your entire system into the unstable branch. _________________ Research before taking any advice from me. I'm still coming to grips with this myself. |
