Pos me he decidido despues de mas de 2 semanas a instalarme algun Windows, en este caso el XP.
Lo he instalado en el segundo disco, en la primera particion.
He activado la particion x si acaso.
Y he agregado las entradas correspondientes en el grub.conf

title=Windows XP
root (hd1,0)
chainloader +1

Creia que asi era la cosa, pero al intentar arrancar Windows con grub me pone:

Filesystem type is fat, partition type 0xb
chainloader +1

Y ahi se keda, no hace nada mas.
Y para arrancar Windows tengo que, apagar el ordenador, cambiar el jumper del segundo disco duro para configurarlo como master, y kitar la alimentacion del primero.
Y cuando kiero usar Gentoo, pos lo mismo pero al reves, y no es muy comodo la verdad :D
