Hi friends,
i did a clean install of gentoo and gnome-light.
my problems are:
1) i get this error on first startup: "the panel encountered a problem while loading OAFIID:Gnome_MixerApplet". I think it is an applet on the panel, why i can't use it? i need an applet to quickly disable sounds!!!
2) sensors-applet: only display temperature (in the previous installation i was also able to CHANGE CPU FREQ)
3) i don't know how to change gnome language
4) i cannot change display brightness in gnome-power-manager (in the previous installation i was also able)
thanks for helping |

you should try re-emergeing "gnome-panel"
as for the second problem you probably need to add acpi to your use flags. _________________ My programs never have bugs, they just have unplanned 'features'... |
