Hi,
here's a little script so you can upload images to imageshack and share them with your geek friends. :P
http://student.dei.uc.pt/~smartins/imageshack.py

chmod +x imageshack.py and try it

And then you can put it in ~/.xbindkeys

Code:

"import -windowid root screen.jpg && kdialog  --msgbox `imageshack screen.jpg` && rm screen.jpg"
m:0x0 + c:111


So when you press the PrtSc key a popup appears showing tou the image link.
You must have xbindkeys running.

If you don't use kde try zenity instead of kdialog.

another usefull thing is app-text/nopaste

it lets you paste thing's in rafb.net/nopaste
