Hi I have really messed my system up trying to get compiz working
It now works lol but i have messed up the windows a bit
i was wondering if there is a way to remove compiz and all its dependencies ???
Maybe i could start again .
Any advise would be nice i was maybe thinking of a clean install . |

From your title I take it you used the xeffects overlay. Then enter this as root: Code: | emerge --unmerge compiz compiz-bcop emerald libcompizconfig compiz-fusion-plugins-main compiz-fusion-plugins-extra compiz-fusion-plugins-unsupported compiz-fusion-plugins-wallpaper compizconfig-backend-kconfig compizconfig-backend-gconf compizconfig-python emerald-themes ccsm compiz-fusion fusion-icon |
