When I try to boot the 2006.0 sparc64 LiveCD on my 280r, I get the following error:

Fast Data Access MMU Miss

I have seen posts about this problem, but all were for older versions of the LiveCD. I have dug around on google, but could not find a good answer. Can anyone help me?

Sometimes older versions of OBP can be problematic with the boot CDs. Try upgrading your OBP and see if that helps. If there is no change, try the experimental LiveCD at http://dev.gentoo.org/~gustavoz/sparc/experimental/ and see if that works any better for you.
