After installing succesfully my bond iface, I'm trying to change its MAC address, but cannot.

I've tried it with /etc/conf.d/net file and in console, with ifconfig, but always same result:
Code:
SIOCSIFHWADDR: Cannot assign requested address

Changing bonding mode does nothing.
I know there must be something I'm forgetting.

Any help?
