I'm running a stable system and am emerging kdebase-startkde.

How can I fix this?

When I emerge kdebase-startkde it fails whit this error:

See this post you probably have the same prob cdrdao doesn't compile. (libstdc++ errors in many programs) . Even if it isnt the same prob the guide will help you strainghten out your system.

You should still run the "gcc-config -l " to see which gcc you have selected.
