run
and select the wanted profile (ex. i686-pc-linux-gnu-3.4.5)
then run:
Code: | source /etc/profile
env-update |
if that doesn't work, try recompiling gcc, but probably that wont work either then
http://gentoo-wiki.com/HOWTO_Recover_from_%22emerge_--unmerge_gcc%22
good luck. _________________ no computer at the moment! |

If nothing works, a cheap hack is to simply create a symlink to i686-pc-linux-gnu-gcc called i386-pc-linux-gnu-gcc.
Not a very good solution, but just something if you are feeling lazy. |
