|
|
When i try to emerge glibc-2.3.6-r3, gives this error:
Code: | make [1]: *** [elf/others] Error 2 |
Xorg emerges correct but if i excute X, then gives this error: Code: | Elf_RelocateEntry() Unsupported relocation type 18 |
Thanks in advance.

glibc won't build with the hardened gcc specs. Make sure you select the right profile with gcc-config
xorg 6.8.x won't build if you have hardened in your use flags but not dlloader. So either have both hardened and dlloader in your use flags or use the vanilla gcc specs. _________________ Please add [solved] to the initial post's subject line if you feel your problem is resolved.
