problems emerging apache, mod_php, phpmyadmin

Hello!

When I emerge apache mod_php phpmyadmin alltogether, it reports me conflicts. Two packages are in conflict. These are:
dev-php/mod_php (is blocking dev-lang/php-5.1.2)
dev-php/php (is blocking dev-lang/php-5.1.2)

If I install packages separately, there is no problem. but then apache isn't instaled correctly.
