I set up a system on x86 (prescott) with xorg-x11-7.0-r1 and want to emerge gnome now. Trying to emerge gnome, it fails at gtkhtml:
Code:

How come:
Code:
gcc-config error: Could not run/locate "i386-pc-linux-gnu-gcc"

??
Stuck! What do I need to change?...
Thanks!

Another attempt was to use emerge -Du --newuse gnome. Then the emerge fails at gnome-vfs:
Code:

Same thing. What do I need to do in order to get rid of:
Code:
gcc-config error: Could not run/locate "i386-pc-linux-gnu-gcc"

My emerge --info:
