This is the error message I have, when I emerge mono, the ebuild also have the same.
Code:
debug:

set-framework-configuration:

set-mono-2.0-framework-configuration:

create-common-assemblyinfo:

I think you should replace "mono" by "nant" in your subject line.
You might want to watch this bug for a resolution of this issue.

subject ? you mean emerge mono ? I have already emerged mono, I wanna emerge monodvelop, it needs nant to finish, but I cannot find a way to solve this problem.

I think didl meant to edit the subject line of your forum post, so people seeing this realize it's a problem with nant instead of mono.

The bug report he linked shows this is a known issue that hasn't been fixed yet. I just built nant right now without a problem. I'm running mono 1.1.13.4, the people on the bug report have mono 1.1.12.1. So perhaps if you update to the latest mono version your problem will be solved.

Code:
Mono JIT compiler version 1.1.13.4, (C) 2002-2005 Novell, Inc and Contributors. www.mono-project.com
        TLS:           __thread
GC:            Included Boehm (with typed GC)
        SIGSEGV      : normal

My mono is 1.1.13, I dunno why it happens.

I don't see anything that looks broken. Our systems are so different, it's hard to compare: you're ppc, gcc-3.4.5, glibc-2.3.6; I'm amd64, gcc-4.1.0, glibc-2.4. Perhaps someone who knows Linux on ppc better than I do can comment.

But thank you in any way, I post this thread to gentoo ppc already.
:)
