2006.0 on SunFire V120 (CD-less + netboot + Internet-less)

This is not actually a request for help

I just wanted to let people know that I've had more trouble installing gentoo on my PC than on this machine....

Absolutely faultless....

Steps taken:

Set up rarpd on a solaris box to give an IP Address to the V120
Set up tftpd on the solaris box with the netboot image

Boot from network on the V120..>Worked like a charm and left with a bash prompt
Partitioned the disks
Mounted the filesystems
Used wget to get a previously downloaded stage3 tarball + portage snapshot from the cd-rom on the solaris box
Unpacked...Followed handbook instructions from then on

Rebooted ...Everything worked first time
