iKernel.exe can't be launched....stupid installer =/

I'm trying to get some games installed but this stupid installshield is giving me fits. As soon as the installshield comes up it gives me the "ikernel.exe can not be launched" and promptly dies. Have any of you run into this problem, and know how to fix it? I'd greatly appreciate any suggestions..


oh and the winex is fresh off the cvs tree today, I've tried both the cvs and the emerge package with no luck.

Its actually a problem with WineX and not Gentoo, it happens to alot of people. There are some docs over at www.codeweavers.com that explain it and how to fix, I dont have the direct link ATM.
