|
|
I've been using/testing a couple of wiki's lately. My test system is a SPARC machine. I thought I'd give dokuwiki a shot - it looks like a good step "up" from OddMuse.
But doku is not available (apparently masked) on SPARC.
Code: |
Calculating dependencies
!!! All ebuilds that could satisfy "dokuwiki" have been masked.
!!! One of the following masked packages is required to complete your request:
- www-apps/dokuwiki-20050922 (masked by: missing keyword)
- www-apps/dokuwiki-20050713 (masked by: missing keyword)

Is there an ebuild somewhere I'm missing or is there anyone doing one for this?
Just thought I'd check,

I can't remember if this is the best way but just to see if things work you can edit the ebuild and add in sparc into the keywords
If it works you might want to file a bug and ask if it can be marked testing and then put the changed ebuild into a portage overlay or something

Check out the question titled "How come package foo is masked on Sparc?" in the Gentoo Linux/SPARC FAQ |

Excellent suggestions one and, uh... both.
I think I'll follow this one and see what becomes of it.
